Chattahoochee High School was opened in 1991 and is a nationally
recognized school of excellence serving over 1,950 students. Our mission is
to lead students to their full potential through excellence in academics, arts,
athletics, and service to community. Notable honors include the following:
2016 National PTSA School of Excellence, ranked as a top high school in
2016: Newsweek (281 Nationally) and U.S. World & News Report (300
Nationally & #84 STEM High School), named a Georgia School of
Excellence, recognized a National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence, and
2016 Niche ranked as a high school with the best academics in Georgia.
